Well-deserved trip to Iceland
Like many New Yorkers, Dana is a busy bee who doesn't often let herself take vacations. But this wintery spring brings a quick trip to explore the magic of Iceland!
Dana was excited to taste the local cuisine of hearty soups, good butter, and whale (!!!). After hiking glacial trails and soaking in natural hot springs, she returned home
with traditional Icelandic dessert wine fortified with LICHENS.
